When we first started out installing/testing we managed to get into the same scenario, not taking into account that drbd and drbd82 (and the corresponding kernel modules) are indeed different things. my advice - remove *anything* drbd related and start over. ________________________________ From: drbd-user-bounces at lists.linbit.com [mailto:drbd-user-bounces at lists.linbit.com] On Behalf Of mbneto Sent: 08 July 2008 20:00 To: Brian Candler Cc: drbd-user at lists.linbit.com Subject: Re: [DRBD-user] update Centos 5 with DRBD Hi Brian, I have the same problem and I do not have (at least according do RPM) two versions or drbd. Remove one or the other - to be safe, remove them both then re-install one. Ditto for the kernel modules, kmod-drbd and kmod-drbd82 (and their variants, e.g. kmod-{drbd,drbd82}-xen, kmod-{drbd,drbd82}-PAE) Regards, Brian. _______________________________________________ drbd-user mailing list drbd-user at lists.linbit.com http://lists.linbit.com/mailman/listinfo/drbd-user ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This email may contain legally privileged and/or confidential information.
