I was looking for snapshot feature in DRBD. Did some search on DRBD web site and on mailing lists. I found some information in the below link http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.linux.drbd/6175Here, it is mentioned that LVM2 can be used to create snapshot on top of DRBD. But, the issue is that, it has some "down time" because it need to shutdown some services before taking the snapshot. Is there any other approach to take snapshot with zero down time?Also, is there any development work is going on in this area?
