Hello Lars. For your question, I do not work for Citrix but I have to work with some of they products. XenServer is one of them. As you may now the Express is free it lacks some of the features of the other editions and this is the reason that I want to combine DRBD with it. I use drbd-8.2.7 with RPM created with DDK I wold really like to make it work because it will allow me to work with 2 products that I like. It will be great if you could help me with the solution for the drbd on lvm in XenServer. Thank you in advance Grigory On Fri, Nov 28, 2008 at 1:27 PM, Lars Ellenberg <lars.ellenberg at linbit.com>wrote: > On Thu, Nov 27, 2008 at 12:26:24PM -0500, Road Runner wrote: > > Hi > > > > We work with XenServer Express > > btw. > proffessional curiosity: > why? > > I mean why XenServer Express. > there are so many virtualization products out there, > even LINBIT has one ;) > > not anything pro or contra your choice, > I'm just curious what your reasons are. > > or do you happen to work for citrix? > > > and we have encountered the "bio would need to, > > but cannot, be split" problem you wrote about in DRBD mailing list. > > now.
