[DRBD-user] LVM on top of DRBD8

Usually drbd is not acivated in the initial ramdisk, so when the lv 
vgscan command runs in the initial ramdisk, the drbd device is not 
active yet - thus it does not detect the PV - normal behaviour. In most 
instalatons the cluster manager (e.g. Heartbeat) will take care of 
activating the volume group on drbd0 and mouning file systems. If you do 
not use a cluster manager, you can use your own init script to activate 
the LVM's on drbd and make sure this init script is called after drbd's 
init script.
