-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi alls, i'm trying to setup drbd, mirroring two disk with different sizes. My drdb version is 0.7, and i have read that the option *disk-size* in the section *disk* is not usable. But reading MANs and FAQs (4.4), i cannot understand how to do it. I have a partition of 50Gb (/dev/sda5). I tried to specify (as it's possible to read from drbd.conf example): disk { on-io-error detach; size 1G; } After that, launching drbd produces: > Low.dev. smaller than requested DRBD-dev. size. > Command '/sbin/drbdsetup /dev/drbd0 disk /dev/sda5 internal -1 - --on-io-error=detach --size=1G' > terminated with exit code 20 That's strange, because, altough it seems the right way to specify disk size, something wrongs. But /dev/sda5 is 50Gb. Am i doing something wrong? If yes, which is the right way to specify disk size?
