caution, in certain setups the same <real blockdevice> may appear
aliased multiple times, /dev/disk/by-id... /dev/evms/...
not sure how lvm will handle it if you exclude one alias,
and not the other...

in the long run, lvm tools probably need to add special-case handling
for drbd as they do for md.
