[DRBD-user] Why wait with degraded cluster

Hi everyone,

When there is only one node in the cluster, and if the node reboots,
it will, on the way up, wait for the connection up to degr-wfc-timeout.
The question is why it needs to do so knowing that it will timeout?

>     # In case a degraded cluster (= cluster with only one node left)
