Have you compiled drbd for the xen architecture with "make ARCH=xen ..."?
(Btw. this is not needed anymore in Xen unstable or the upcomming 3.0.2; but
from your kernel version, you are either using 2.0-testing, 3.0.{0,1}, or
3.0-testing)
