Note: "permalinks" may not be as permanent as we would like,
direct links of old sources may well be a few messages off.

A pvdisplay shows the following:

 pvdisplay
  --- Physical volume ---
  PV Name /dev/hda2
  VG Name VolGroup00
PV Size 37.16 GB / not usable 0
  Allocatable yes
  PE Size (KByte) 32768
  Total PE 1189
  Free PE 1
  Allocated PE 1188
  PV UUID xxk8W0-ILWW-3DF0-0MG0-VMtA-tDFQ-xbWjV1

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Thanks

Andy reminded me to open my eyes a bit wider (in a very respectful way) and
see that indeed the partition he was giving to drbd was not one which was
mounted.

hdc vs hda ...

so unless /dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00 includes hdc1, there is a real
problem.

Sorry for jumping so quickly.
