[DRBD-user] v0.8 good for production ?

The stable version is 0.7.x as you can find here:

Another hint may be found here:

Were it says: 0.8.x - in development - no releases by now

And the last hint is in the download repository: drbd-8.0pre3.tar.gz

pre stands for pre-release.

So no, it is *not* considered a stable version and it should not be run in production unless you are 
willing to accept the high risk of running a non-stable version and having your servers crash.

We are all hoping for 0.8 to become stable/production soon but as usual the developer's answer will 
be: It will be ready when it is ready...
