[DRBD-user] sync rate seems low

hm. what is "actual" ?
"drbdsetup show" displays what you configured as cutoff to start
throttling. "cat /proc/drbd" displays the current (volatile average over
the last few seconds) and long time average (since start of sync) sync rate.

so what exactly is missing?
