and due to the amount of spam the list-moderator has to dig through,

anyways.

with drbd 0.6, you will _allways_ have a full sync, when you had a
primary crash, because the bitmap used for the "quick" sync is held only
in memory, thus can only be used if the secondary goes away and comes
back _while the primary keeps being primary_.

once you lose the primary in drbd 0.6, you will get a full sync.

to make the "quick sync bitmap" persistent (in the meta data area)
was one of the major improvements in drbd 0.7 ...
