this is the result of the heartbeat Filesystem resource being stopped,
while still "services" accessing that filesystem in question.

the resource script, prior to umount, kills all processes accessing that
filesystem (fuser -mk /mount/point), which producess the output above.
see man fuser for explanation, in short: those are pids, and the "c"
says that process has its current directory on the file system in
question.

you probably want to adjust the order in which your services are
deactivated, or make sure that the stop operation of some services
in fact works, so that there are no more processes accessing the file
system when it comes to the umount.

which should not be the case: just some processes killed.
I thought reiserfs is some journalling file system ;)
[I'm not too fond of reiserfs anyways,
 but that is taste, no hard technical reason]
