[DRBD-user] Avoiding semi-fullsync's?

Uhm, if you want to reboot, what's wrong with just "reboot"?

That'll also shutdown everything cleanly so that neither drbd will do
excessive resyncs nor will the heartbeat on the other node STONITH you.
