[DRBD-user] Resync done on secondary, continue on primary

Booted secondary at 13:21:11
ran "drbdadm connect drbd0" on secondary at 13:24:13
no messages about "Resync done" from the master
ran "drbdadm connect drbd0" on secondary at 13:30:49
it took 10-15 seconds to return
after that master finally decided that "Resync done"
