we hit this bug today ourselves.
there appears to be a (SMP?) race condition in the connector code.
whether this got intriduced in 2.6.20*, or is present before,
and whether this is a generic connector problem, or in how far
this might be related to the way drbd uses the connector
we don't know yet.
