[Drbd-dev] DRBD-8 - no-panic Part 1a

 <<nopanic-1a.patch>> This adds support for better handling of bitmap
I/O errors - although these were handled at the lowest level, the higher
levels did not leading to bad-ish behavior.

Should be able to send updated test scripts over the weekend -- just
been fighting with the testsuite.pl stuff to add some basic fault
insertion tests and fixing bugs in this script.
