I am building on a RHEL4 U2 system BUT I'm building FOR Xen 3.0.2 (which is a 2.6.18 kernel) with CONFIG_CONNECTOR defined -- the fundamental issue here is that the build should NOT use /usr/include/xxx AT ALL since I'm cross-compiling.
