 	added the "howto build a .deb" mail from Jens Benecke
 	reversed the tc1/tc2 in example1 of drbdsetup.sgml

 	change drbdsetup net behaviour to not implicitly
 	set sync-min/sync-max/sync-nice to 200/250/10
