Migrating the drbd-dev and drbd-announce lists

Hello,

We are planning to move the drbd-dev and drbd-announce mailing lists
from lists.linbit.com to lists.linux.dev.
The new addresses are:

   drbd-dev at lists.linux.dev
   drbd-announce at lists.linux.dev

The archives will also move to:

   https://lore.kernel.org/drbd-dev/
   https://lore.kernel.org/drbd-announce/

Please update any references accordingly.

The current subscriber list will be migrated, so if you are a read-only
user, no action is required.

The old archives will be imported to the new location. Additionally, the
historical archives on https://lists.linbit.com will stay available for
the time being.

The old lists.linbit.com mail infrastructure will be shut down on July
1st, 2026. From that point on, mails to the old list addresses will bounce.
