[DRBD-announce] drbdmanage v0.11 update

Hi!

The v0.11 update of drbdmanage has been released. This version 
implements a self-managed control volume, which makes it easier for 
administrators to create a new drbdmanage cluster and to integrate new 
nodes into an existing drbdmanage cluster.
