[Csync2] Getting config from directory other than /etc

I've tried using the environment variable to change csync2's behavior, 
but with no success.  In my case, csync2 running under xinetd seems to 
not find the configuration file, which is in /etc/csync2/csync2.cfg 
(this is where it was placed from the RPM install from Yum).
