[Csync2] Syntax error on lock-timeout

Testing csync2.
I was doing "csync2 -crI /Directory" after having synced the directory 
using unison.

And got an error:
Database backend is exceedingly busy => Terminating (requesting retry).

Based on some searching it seems I need to add a lock-timeout command, 
but when I do I get a syntax error. I am trying it like this:
     lock-timeout 60;

The PDF documentation mentions the lock-timeout command but doesn't have 
it's syntax.
Any suggestions?
