[Csync2] synchronizing file deletions

It was the time stamp of the entry in the dirty file that I was thinking
of, which would generally make sense if you are using inotify to keep
track of what has been modified and thus at least in my use case
(which I recognize is not necessarily canonical for csync2) would be
sufficiently correct due to specific system constraints...

But it seems that my change to using younger in one direction and
first in the other will meet my needs, at any rate.
