[Csync2] PATCH: hub and spoke tests working correctly

Lars,

git at github.com:mikjo/csync2.git has a temp-test-hub-and-spoke branch
with a single commit (42ad2668) against current master that I believe
is ready for you to pull. All tests (existing tests as well as my new
tests) are passing.
