If you are talking about http://git.linbit.com/csync2.git/
(csync2 2.0)
a patch for configure.ac and Makefile.am was
last posted on this list on 2011-11-04 by Mark Watts,
which I slightly modified and pushed now to public git.

If you are trying to compile some older svn version,
I don't recall the quirks anymore.
