[Csync2] patch for gnutls

I'm working on getting csync2 setup on SuSE EL and running into similar
problems as others have reported with the gnutls dependencies.

This email in the archives references a patch that can be applied as a
workaround.

I can't seem to find that patch. Can anyone direct me to it?
