[Csync2] Installation

For us RHEL5 owners, what is the best way to get csync2 installed?  I'm 
having a heck of a time locating sqlite2.  I don't see a deprecated 
version listing on sqlite.org.  Any help to this run-around-in-circles 
task would be greatly appreciated.
