[Csync2] Performing actions based on file changes in deep directories

I have a csync2 2-node cluster.
One of the directories I have included in the csync2 config is quite
deep (eg: /opt/foo/, containing many levels of directory and files
withing those directories).

I'd like to perform an action (running a script) if any file within this
tree changes - is this possible? I know I can do an action if a specific
file or glob matches but its unclear if the "pattern" in an action{}
works the same way as an "include".

Mark.
