[Csync2] old patches and such

Current status:
* all changes incorporated from trunk 409 (local_only f.i.)
This patch includes:
* Optional split-databases. You have to enable split-databases in
  the csync2.cfg before using it.
* Daemon mode for csync2 database (csync2 -bBA). You have to set
  the csdb-socket in the config file!
* tempdir option to place your tempfiles on another partition

What does not work yet:
* non daemon mode.

I will work on the last part now so changes can be accepted faster
by testers, because it is then 100% backwards compatible I hope
