I suggest just checking out the latest version from SVN.
That's more or less the same version I am running (with sqlite3).
(I've got some patches for a limmited update run, and split
database files for less lock contention, which is more or less
necessary for a 10k file update in 15 minutes or so).

Well, a standard distro version should be sufficient for an
asterisk update :-).
