I personally use the sqlite2 RPM's from RPMforge:

I don't use Fedora, but I'd start by looking there.

There's also a csync2 with an sqlite3 patch you could try. Search the mailing
lists for it.

I'm hoping one day a csync2 with sqlite3 is just made available, at the moment
all my servers have sqlite3 with the OS and sqlite2 from RPMforge.
