I haven't had a look at the patch but just want to say:
Pls make sure that the sqlite3 database file names have different names
(i.e. file extensions) than the sqlite2 database file names. This would
provide at least the posibility for a relatively clean update from sqlite2
based installations to sqlite3: csync2 would just behave as in a fresh
installed system and detect that all the files (hopeflly) are already in
sync..
