[Csync2] Csync2 Maintainership

Hello,

as some of you might have noticed, I haven't had much time for csync2
maintainance the last two years. One of the reasons for this is that I'm
now more in embedded systems than linux clusters and so don't need
something like csync2 in my daily work anymore..

that said I have decided to turn over csync2 maintainership to Lars
Ellenberg from LINBIT, who is already good known on this list for
answereing all that questions that I was lazy enough to ignore the last
years..

This list is running on the linbit mailing list server since the beginning
so there will nothing change in this domain. But we have decided to move
the csync2 subversion repository from my server to the linbit
infrastructure. So there is a new subversion URL:

	http://svn.linbit.com/csync2/

Also expect the TeX sources of the documentation (aka. "The Csync2 Paper")
to be merged with the sources soon. This is one of the tasks that I have
suspended for to long..

Lars: Csync2 is all yours now.
