[Csync2] Csync2 fails via inetd

Why csync2 starting fails on one node (node1) if on the other node 
(node2) csync2 is not started manually with command (csync2 -ii)?
This is the error message on node1:

/Connecting to host node2 (SSL) ...
ERROR from peer node2:
SSL command failed.
ERROR: Connection to remote host failed.
Host stays in dirty state. Try again later...
Finished with 2 errors.

/This is the output of command `netstat -l | grep csync2` on node2:
/
tcp        0      0 *:csync2                *:*                     LISTEN

/If csync2 start on node2 with command `csync2 -ii` the synchronization 
is ok./

What is wrong?
