[Csync2] Sarting csync2 and seeing "Can't open database"

It is automatically created by csync2. But the /var/lib/csync2/ directory
must be there already. Usually this directory is created by 'make install'.
When the gentoo package doesn't creat it automatically the gentoo package
is broken in that aspect.
