[Csync2] csync2.lock

Hi,

Is there an option with csync2 that will automatically create 
the /etc/csync2.lock file, and automatically deletes it?

This way you can very easily say that there may only be one instance of 
csync2.

If this option doesn't exists, how can you use the lock file. What's the 
easiest way to create that file a millisecond after the start of csync2?
