[Csync2] Basic Csync2 Questions

Hi All,

I have some basic questions that it would be great if someone could 
clear up for me.  When you create the configuration file with the lists 
of hosts and rules for how to handle conflicts etc, do you have to copy 
this to ALL hosts, and start Csync2 on ALL hosts too?
