[Csync2] problem with adding more slaves machines

Hi, Clifford

I have a cluster setup with cysnc2. but when I add a new slave machine, and
I tried the csyc2 -x at the master machine,
it won't update. I checked in the paper.pdf:

"The command csync2 -x checks for local changes and tries to synchronize
them to the other hosts"
seems the problem is that the mast host doesn't have much changes, thus not
too much was updated.
but for the newly added slave machine, it has almost nothing there.

How can can sync with a newly added host?
