[Csync2] csync2 1.31 released

Hi,

I've just released csync2 1.31. this release contains some minor bugfixes,
small improvements in the -o mode (e.g. -o -P now works as expected), some
improvements in the csync2-compare script and some additional features
in the win32 port.

Csync2 1.31 can be downloaded from the csync2 homepage, as usual:

	http://oss.linbit.com/csync2/

This release of csync2 does not contain any critical bugfix, so the is no
hurry in updating to version 1.31.
