[Csync2] --solved--Re: build problem

Hi Eric,

Thanks for this. I won't follow it to a tee as I like to "RPM-everything", but
it allows people trying to get csync2 working on RHEL to overcome some hurdles
with it.

I still use v1.28, mostly because I haven't had the time to upgrade, but also
because it works just fine on SL4 and until something breaks (or I feel like
another challenge), I won't see a need to committ time for it.

I originally had problems making csync2 1.28 work with SL4 (a RHEL 4
derivative), but once I spent the time and worked out the issues, I emailed
the list (as you've done) with the steps I followed so it could help others.

So good work, if you feel inclined enough (or have the time) to make this work
under RPM format for RHEL4, I'd be interested in that too :)
