Indefinitely, because it does not keep track of the changes themselves,
it only tracks which blocks have changed. This information is kept in
the DRBD metadata, which is preallocated to be large enough to cover all
data blocks (requiring one bit per 4096 byte data block on the storage
device in DRBD's bitmap, plus some alignment, so the size of the bitmap
is approximately 1 / 32768 of the size of the storage device).
