[DRBD-user] drbd 8.4.11-1 compiling typedef error

Building the released 8.4.11-1 on Oracle Linux 6.9 gives a typedef compiling error in drbd_debugfs.c:

I haven't had these issues in drbd 8.4.10-1 and below versions.

As Oracle Linux has same building binaries as in RHEL 6--  # cc --version
