[DRBD-user] Docker Socket crashes

Updating drbdmanage to at least 0.99.9 should help (I think the fix is 
in 
http://git.linbit.com/drbdmanage.git/commitdiff/40af454c66f802b2bb8fd93bfbcc20f0c50c4957)
