Rudolf,
   I've seen something similiar  when the drbd utils is not in sync with 
the drbd km, and sometimes when an accidental version mix occurs. drbd 
9.0.1 /and /drbd-utils-8.9.6, though this insight isnt recent as I have 
yet to begin testing with that combination on Centos 6.
Start with a clean install by removing all traces of drbd 
(resources/config are fine to leave) - use locate or find to make sure 
you dont have a drbdsetup or drbdadmn floating around, then 
build/install the package pair above.
