[DRBD-user] Strange problem with output of /proc/drbd

my git foo suggests that this was always ok out-of-tree, but was broken
by a merge mishap back in 2010 when bringing some patches from
out-of-tree to in-tree.  went unnoticed for some time (because most
people still use the out-of-tree module, for $reasons), but was later
fixed in 2014, mainline linux 3.18.
