If you run:

modprobe drbd
drbdadm attach all
drbd connect all

On the 10.1.1.10 node, can you 'telnet 10.1.1.10 7788' from the other
node? If so, what about in the other direction? If that works, can you
test disabling encryption? Maybe there is a key problem?
