[DRBD-user] [PATCH] drbd: use RB_DECLARE_CALLBACKS() to define augment callbacks

Note: "permalinks" may not be as permanent as we would like,
direct links of old sources may well be a few messages off.


The original code are the same as RB_DECLARE_CALLBACKS().
