direct links of old sources may well be a few messages off.

No worries. The servers negotiate a common protocol. You can even jump to 8.4.whatever.

Subject: [DRBD-user] Upgrading from 8.3.11-2 to 8.3.15-2

Hello,

I'm going to upgrade form 8.3.11-2 to 8.3.15-2.

Just a routine question. Is there any issue with running one node as 8.3.11-2 and the other as 8.3.15-2 for a few hours (like maybe 12 hours)? I want to upgrade the secondary system and let it run for a while, and then failover and upgrade the primary late tonight, etc. Just curious if there would be issues with replication, etc., while in that mode.

Thanks!
Rick
