direct links of old sources may well be a few messages off.

Hi,

on out installation we sometimes see the following behavior:

One node says often:
kernel: block drbd0: in e_end_block:1550: unacked_cnt = -1 < 0 !

Finally the other node says:
block drbd0: peer( Secondary -> Unknown ) conn( Connected -> TearDown ) pdsk(
 UpToDate -> DUnknown )

The first node reestablishes the connection but finally says:
kernel: block drbd0: 0 KB (0 bits) marked out-of-sync by on disk bit-map.

then the second node says: kernel: block drbd0: BAD! BarrierAck
and disconnects. the first node reconnects again and the game begins from the
start.

both nodes disconnect and connect again until eventually they end up
disconnected.

Out setup:
Kernel 2.6.39.3 and self compiled drbd 8.3.11

Any ideas? Do we need to upgrade? To the latest 8.3 version, or to 8.4?

Greetings,
